Can I get a refund for a voucher?

Vouchers are refundable at our discretion provided a reason is given. To do this, please submit a refund request to us by hitting the 'Refund' button at the bottom of your voucher page then enter your reason. Your voucher will not be usable while your refund request is being processed - our decision whether to accept or decline a refund will be given within a couple of hours.
