Do I need to print my voucher?

No, you don’t need to print your voucher. There is a QR code at the bottom of your voucher in the app which you simply present at the venue on arrival. If your voucher has been bought as a gift you will be sent an email with a QR code and unique voucher code. You can print your voucher but it is not necessary; a gifted voucher can be redeemed by showing the QR code in the email to the venue upon arrival as usual.
